It is our Halloween Ball and The SS Galaxy proudly presents Haruno Watanabe LIVE in concert! With her unique, soothing, and classically trained voice this is certain to be a event you do not want to miss!
Haruno Watanabe, has a Japanese origin with Boston Accent (she would like to think so but people call it "Japanese Haruno accent") living in the United States, has been classically trained since her childhood. She was a member of Tanglewood Festival Chorus, chorus group for Boston Symphony and Boston Pops for over 7 years. Singing has been always her passion in her life, but she stopped singing a couple years ago in real life because of some personal reasons. Then she found Second Life and has been having a blast singing and meeting other musicians from all over the world. She started singing again.
"Unlike her past experience singing Japanese folk music, Opera and Operetta, she sings showtune, Jazz Standards, Pops and Japanese pop on Second Life." That is what she said when she started singing at Second Life. She sang "O mio babbino caro", the beautiful opera aria at one of the concerts. Since then she has been asked to sing more opera arias by her fans. If requested, she will sing opera aria. She carefully picks songs that have beautiful lyrics and melody. Her friends describe her singing, "a voice pure like a crystal", "fragil and strong in music notes with all her emotion", "lovely and yet fearless sensation around her voice", and "just close your eyes and her voice will transport you far away."

The Galaxy is pleased to present: Bridget Cassavetes! Bridge's voice is full of emotion, her music is smooth and beautiful and we are inviting you to (re)discover her marvelous talent. She will sing great jazz classics for us, in a few of the languages she speaks apart from English also in Italian, Spanish and French! She tells us a story with the titles and lyrics of the songs. Fingersatz Barbosa 1pm SLT at the Atrium Garden The SS Galaxy is pleased to prsent Fingerstaz playing classic guitar in our atirum garden. With his relaxing style and the wonderful atmosphere, it is certain to a be a not to miss event. Fingers began his study of guitar 20 eyars ago at the music conservatory in bremen germany. With this background and kowledge he played solo concerts in many locations in Germany, France, UK, Swizerland and Austria to name a few. One of his best and most inpirirational times was in Spain where he worked as a guitar player in Sevilla, Granda, and Cordoba.
